Titans Spaceplanes and Titans Space Shuttles will pass through the supersonic and hypersonic regimes during ascent to space and reentry.

NOTE: The spaceplanes and space shuttles are primarily designed for Low-Earth Orbit purposes, and not for sustained supersonic or hypersonic flight.

To avoid supersonic flight (and its resulting sonic boom during descent) over populated areas, the vehicles reenter over the ocean, then cruise at subsonic speed to the destination airfield.

ultra-fast point-to-point transport

Orbital: Ascent to orbit followed by a short number of orbits until the vehicle is within range of the destination airfield

Sub-Orbital: Ascent through a suborbital ballistic arc where the vehicle flies outside the atmosphere but stays below orbital velocity

Cargo Deployment: The vehicle can stay in orbit and deploy uncrewed reentry capsules making precision landings under parafoil

Titans Spaceplanes & Titans Space Shuttles will revolutionize Earth and Space transportation forever

High speed point-to-point transportation will be enabled through the following modes of flight:

Orbital: Ascent to orbit followed by a short number of orbits until the vehicle is within range of the destination airfield

Sub-Orbital: Ascent through a suborbital ballistic arc where the vehicle flies outside the atmosphere but stays below orbital velocity

Cargo Deployment: The vehicle can stay in orbit and deploy uncrewed reentry capsules making precision landings under parafoil

Using the reentry capsules will expand the Spaceplane's cargo delivery and disaster relief capabilities to missions where a suitable airfield is not available, such as in remote or rural areas.

Ballistic Arc Transport Trajectory

Utilizing a ballistic arc trajectory, Titans vehicles do not achieve orbital velocity. Instead, the vehicle climbs out of the atmosphere at speeds below orbital velocity.

The vehicle will ascend to approximately 200 kilometer (apogee), and continue it's descend to the destination airport or spaceport.

Comfortable and Ultra-Fast

Titans vehicle passengers will travel in luxurious style, wearing a pressure suit for the duration of a flight. Most destinations are estimated to be reached within two hours - from take-off to landing.

Rocket lift-off requires passengers to remain in reclined position, strapped into their seats; Titans passengers will experience airplane-like comfort and ease.

From-Orbit Cargo Delivery

The Titans Spaceplane or Titans Space Shuttle can stay in orbit and deploy uncrewed reentry capsules, making precision landings under parafoil.

Because they are volume efficient and stackable, TSI is currently considering lenticular reentry vehicles.

Utilizing low-cost, single-use reentry capsules expands the Titans vehicle's cargo delivery and disaster relief capabilities to missions where a suitable airfield is not available, such as in remote or rural areas.

Mission planning requires many variables, but with Titans vehicles, multiple fly-over destinations can be visited during one flight.

Multiple drops will be extremely useful in large scale disaster relief.
